Patched STRUTS_1_2_BRANCH with PropertyUtils.clearDescriptors() in SVN r158605.

Note that PropertyUtils.clearDescriptors results in a call to
Introspector.flushCaches() (see
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/jakarta/commons/proper/beanutils/trunk/src/java/org/apache/commons/beanutils/PropertyUtilsBean.java)

While noting that Wendy still reports the problem, the comment trail in this
ticket leads me to believe that no one has any other suggestions about how
Struts might be responsible for the memory leaks, so i'm marking this resolved.
