   If you edit an existing Execution Data Profile like "first-last" and add a profiler to it, say random rows, the whole dialog will not think there is any change to save unless you go and change the defaults from 100 rows to a different number.
   
   Adding or removing profiles should trigger the "needs to save" state of the dialog.
