Service with only Default Config Group

Create new config group on the Manage Configs Popup
Switch to this group
Override some properties
Click "Save"
Updates for configs group are saved and "Save" button becomes *disabled*
Try to switch to the another config group
Popup with warning about not saved changes appears. Button "Save" is disabled on this popup too.

*ER* Warning-popup should be shown if there is no changes
