HttpClient much slower than browser

This is continuation of post under another subject earlier - Performance
Issues with Transfer-Encoding chunked.

Downloading of URL -
"http://www.reuters.com/article/bankingfinancial-SP/idUSN2432828320070824"
is much slower with HTTPClient compared to a browser.

Three files
a) Wirelog - Wire Reuters.txt
b) WireShark log of downloading with HttpClient - HttpClient 3.1
Reuters.pcap
c) WireShark log of downloading with IE - IE-Reuters.pcap

have been uploaded to Jira -
