[svn] FYI heavy svn movement going on

The Eve backend subsystem code is being resusitated from the sandbox in
...sandbox/trunk/sandbox1 however I moved this entire thing in one shot
before doing this over here:

...eve/trunk/backend/sandbox

What was inside sandbox1 is now under sandbox inside the backend
directory.  Keeping stuff here in close proximity makes relative copies
easier to manage while moving things back into the Eve trunk.  

Hope this did not and does not inconvenience anyone!
