[users@httpd] [warn] on apache2 restart

When I restart apache2 I get the following in my
error_log:

[Wed Jul 14 00:09:08 2004] [warn] child process 26119
still did not exit, sending a SIGTERM
[Wed Jul 14 00:09:08 2004] [warn] child process 26119

[Wed Jul 14 00:09:09 2004] [notice] caught SIGTERM,
shutting down
[Wed Jul 14 00:09:10 2004] [notice] Digest: generating
secret for digest authentication ...
[Wed Jul 14 00:09:10 2004] [notice] Digest: done
[Wed Jul 14 00:09:11 2004] [notice] Apache/2.0.49
(Gentoo/Linux) mod_perl/1.99_11 Perl/v5.8.2
mod_ssl/2.0.49 OpenSSL/0.9.7d configured -- resuming
normal operations

Sometimes there are 3 or 4 of the [warn] lines, and
all their numbers are usually different. Does anyone
know what that means?

- Grant
