HELP!


Okay, 

Can apache be owned as a non-root user and still run as port 80?  I don't 
think so, but I got this guy that says he used to run it as 0.6.5 and it
only stoped working after he upgradede to .8.10.  He's running LINUX.

Just want a confirmation, that I'm not going to talk out of the wrong hole.
