   ## What is the purpose of the change
   
   Add InnerLogger component for inner usage, such as client,broker,remoting and other component.
   
   ## Brief changelog
   
   Add InnerLogger and change inner Slf4jlogger to InnerLogger for All component.
   
   ## Verifying this change
   
   Review the source code and run the unit/it tests
