Issue with Table namespace manager not ready yet

Hi,

I've been using HBase 0.98 with following settings:

1.       HBase Master : 1

2.       HBase regionservers : 6 ( all are live. checked with status 'detailed' command)

While trying to create some tables or namespace, it's giving following error:

1.       Table namespace manager not ready yet

2.       Table namespace manager is not ready to serve

Please help resolve this issue.

What does the master and regionserver logs say ?  Can you pastebin ?
