Currently, the handlers are doing all the service governance work via static yaml config or dynamic config from config center. We're lacking a central view of the governance related config and also be able to govern the service mesh from a central location with real time view about the services mesh.

 

The goal of this feature is to allow the handlers to setup a connection to a dedicated governance service to send governance related config as well as service mesh related stats. The handlers will also be able to respond to the new configs from the governance service. This way we can have much better capabilities to govern the service mesh with good observability.
