EntityStore Assemblers

Gang,
to simplify the Yeoman generator, and make it easier for people to
remember, I am unifying all the EntityStore assemblers, so I don't need
specific generation code for each.

This is tossing around some names and so on, but it will be for the better.

Any objections?
