Our website is currently hosted on http://flink.incubator.apache.org/, using a svnpubsub svn repo at: https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/flink/

We are going to continue using svnpubsub.

Can the repo be moved to https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/flink/site and pubsub setup to publish to http://flink.apache.org?

A redirection from flink.incubator.apache.org to flink.apache.org would be great. I can also create it, if its just a .htaccess file.
