wiki.apache.org refuses to create a new page

Hello everyone

I wanted to create a new page on wiki.apche.org but the wiki does 
nothing when I press the create new page link.

The main issue might be a localisation issue (german is displayed and 
the action is triggered in a rest like manner):

Link for creating the page displayed by the wiki

Basically what happens when I press the link is:
That the wiki displays: 
http://wiki.apache.org/myfaces/Action%28edit%2CDiese%20Seite%20anlegen%29
as page and says the page does not exist and offers me another creation 
link.
