[DRAFT][REPORT] Board report - Apache Attic - Ocrober 2012

(please comment at will - need to send ASAP)

No issues requiring board attention since the last report. Harmony has now
fully migrated to the Attic, XIndice is on its way. As of now, the Attic
pipeline is empty.

Edit from offline feedback:

No issues requiring board attention since the last report. Harmony has
now fully migrated to the Attic, XIndice is on its way. We still need
to start working on bringing the XML project as a whole to the Attic.
