*Steps to repro:*
 # Create a loan product with
 ** Interest calculation period: {{Daily}}
 ** Enable interest recalculation
 ** Add a disbursement charge
 # Create a loan with the product, approve, disburse
 # Make a repayment

*Actual result:*
 * Accounting meltdown... 

*Expected result:* 
 * Charges have GL entries created.
