svnmucc on macOS (was: Some JMeter (technical) concerns)

I have:

$ svnmucc --version

svnmucc, version 1.9.7 (r1800392)

   compiled Aug 10 2017, 21:32:31 on x86_64-apple-darwin16.3.0

Not all distros have the tools, but they are available.
