   Hi community,
   
   When I used distSQL, I found that there was no way to query all the sharding algorithms.
   
   Therefore, I consider Add distSQL syntax: "show sharding algorithms "
   
   exmaple: 
   
   ```mysql
   SHOW SHARDING ALGORITHMS (FROM schemaName)?
   ```
