Documentation process
We are getting close to Java1 release and we need to have a sync'd up view
of how we want to handle documentation.
I was searching other Apache projects for examples and Portal's seems to be
a good one.
Here is the link -> http://portals.apache.org/development/documentation.html
Are you OK with this approach? If yes, I'd take it as a seed, alter it for
Tuscany and add it to getInvolved page.

Agree Sebastien. We need to alter it to fit our documentation build
instruction.

This looks good to me. Our site build instructions are slightly
different since we're using Maven 2 (see
http://incubator.apache.org/tuscany/howtobuildsite.html).
