JMeter - Maven integration

I have been using JMeter for couple of months and now I would like to
integrate it with Maven.
There are couple of blogs on this and I finally set this up on my machine.
Now when I run the script, Maven is using JMeter V2.10 though I have V2.11
on my machine.
Please help me in directing Maven to use particular version of JMeter. Are
there any config changes need to be done to achieve this?
