Delete conf/master/Fulcrum.master?
Hi all,
I think we should delete conf/master/Fulcrum.master from CVS head. I think
it is just going to cause confusion...

If you're talking about the jakarta-turbine-2 tree, I'm all +1 for
this. In fact, the whole master directory can IMHO go (which is some
sort of relict from the TDK).
