Steps how to reproduce with  "AOO 4.0.1 RC3  – Swedish UI / Swedish locale 
[Rev. 1524958 2013-09-20 11:40:29]" on German German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)"
own separate user profile, old user data NOT taken during installation:

1. Open new DRAW document
2. Draw 1 smiley or similar shape
3. In Format Toolbar for area select 'Gradient' (Färggradient)
4. Click Gradient selector
   Bug: many untranslated strings.

I did not test other languages until now.

ALG: Looks as if there is a table for gradients and we somehow overlooked this
completely. Need to check closer...

Searched Pootle for 'blue gradient' and 'green gradient' in both source and
translation, and found nothing. So these terms seem not to exist in the
language files.

All the same with server-installation of "AOO 4.0.1 RC3  –  French UI / French
locale  [Rev. 1524958 2013-09-20 11:40:29]" on German WIN7 Home Premium
(64bit)" own separate user profile, User data not taken during installation. So
this might have some more general roots than simply missing translation?
