Announcing Pydoop 0.3.7_rc1

Hello everybody,

The new Pydoop release with support for Hadoop 0.21 is out:

Support for 0.20.2 is still there: you decide which version you want to
use at compile time, by defining the HADOOP_HOME environment variable.

As usual, we appreciate everyone's feedback.
