* rebrand it to PAR
* expose properties to allow configuration of metadata and file extension


- I am not sure how we will host? it will need to be deployed on the build machine to build nars so.
- I am still going to look into just putting a PR up against the nifi plugin, if they take it and deploy
then we can just use that
