   - Adding sensor notification API
   - Adding bma253 shell
   - Adding interrupt handler api for sensors which is optional in the driver
   - Multiplexed interrupts would be handled by the above api
   - Adding interrupt config in the sensor itf
   - Adding an interrupt event along with the notification event
