Reproduction Steps:
 # Create a MOB table and put some data
 # Snapshot the MOB table
 # Disable and drop the MOB table
 # Restore the MOB table from the snapshot
 # We would find an extra empty MOB region dir is created under the table dir (\{hbase.rootdir}/data/default/\{table_name})
