How to configure DefaultAccessManager in Jackrabbit 2.0

I am exploring Jackrabbit 2.0 and evaluate if DefaultAccessManager can meet
my requirements for authorization.

However I could not find any documentation regards configuration of
DefaultAccessManager. Could anyone show me some pointer to look at?
