[testing][cc] 'short' cc were run

Hello everyone,
starting from today I ran 'short' CC cycles which includes builds of
DRLVM and CLASSLIB only. It should reduce build failure detection time
up to ~35 minutes.
Note, notification in CC with tests was switch off for the these projects.

PS. Is it OK to build HDK/JDK into this cycle? If it is Ok I will update CC.
