Are we ready to let M2 out the door?
Can we update the RC's for M2? Are there any more issue or are we ready
to go?

OK - I think we now have everything fixed on M2, and it's time to cut a new
release candidate...

There is still one issue in the Java (as far as I am aware) which would
prevent it being released, the issue is manifesting itself in intermittent
failures of the MessageRequeueTest. We seem to be seeing incorrect
duplicate message delivery.
