Uploaded as {{apacheignite/ignite:2.13.0-jdk11-s390x}}

Currently it is not possible to build s390x image on Linux (ERROR: {{{}standard_init_linux.go:228: exec user process caused: exec format error{}}}) so I've built it manually and uploaded to Docker Hub.
