I can't get the following to work despite trying various combos.

The expected behaviour is that only one declaration of the version for a given artifact/groupId should be needed, and that that artifact is used by all consuming artifacts.

Surely this is a bug, as I can't see why someone would want to use different versions of the same artifact.
