Freeze for 14.1 release

Heads up we are cutting a release candidate today and as far as I know
there is no work in progress, but to be clear please freeze any check-ins
this weekend and until 14.1 is out.

Just fyi we have some bugs open on the latest RC, so anything related to
those is fine to check in.
