[MEETING] Meeting minutes 09/30

Hi all,

Please find today's meeting minutes as follows

   - The status of JIRA tickets for 0.16.0 have been reviewed. Two big
   items(Flink and Redis integration) have been moved to the next release.
   All other tickets have been closed. We are ready to vote for the 0.16.0
   release.
   - Welcome Chunyun to be our new committer!
