build: bump the Spark 4.2 test diff to Comet 1.2.0-SNAPSHOT (#6398)
* build: bump the Spark 4.2 test diff to Comet 1.2.0-SNAPSHOT
dev/diffs/4.2.0.diff landed in #4950 shortly before #6311 moved main to
1.2.0-SNAPSHOT, and the version bump missed it. The Spark 4.2 SQL test
build then asked for comet-spark-spark4.2_2.13:1.1.0-SNAPSHOT, which no
step installs, so the nightly failed before running any test.
Regenerated from a clean v4.2.0 checkout, so the pom.xml index hash
changes along with the version line.
* chore: rerun CI so the Spark 4.2 SQL suite runs
