Works for me on rh9/Java1.4.2 too, though I had to remove the full path from the
touch command.

What might be useful would be extra logging info on touch, so we could find out
what the second value it was planning to set. It may be something subtle like a
string parsing/i18n defect. What locale are you running? Norway?
