[CANCELLED][VOTE] Release Apache Groovy 4.0.3

Sorry folks, Daniel found an issue with groovysh (just in 4.0.3). We
haven't thought of any workarounds that could be used to fix it to
still make it usable, so I will cancel this vote and re-roll the
release later today.
