Subversion Perl bindings for RHEL 4

Morning everyone,

 

After scouring the web, it is apparent that there are Perl bindings for
Subversion available, which would relieve some frustrations I have been
enduring.  However, I am having difficulties finding / installing them.
I am running Subversion on a RHEL 4 box with RPMs maintained by David
Summers (available via up2date from Red Hat).  Are they only available
through CollabNet's RPMs?
