many broken permissions

Hey All,

Many of the sub-projects have broken or completely missing permissions.

Fortunately the upcoming bnd 3.0 will have a much improved permission
generator.

It would be ideal if the maven-bundle plugin were updated as soon as
possible when it releases so that felix projects can autogenerate most, if
not all, of the correct permissions for these bundles.

In the meantime I will try to update as many as I can.
