   **Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
   
   Current native Hudi scan tests cover simple COW Parquet/ORC scans, timestamp fallback, and time travel fallback. However, partitioned COW tables are not explicitly covered.
   
   Partitioned tables are common in Hudi workloads, and they exercise additional scan behavior such as partition pruning, partition filters, and data filters. Without coverage, regressions in native scan conversion for partitioned Hudi tables may not be caught.
   
   **Describe the solution you'd like**
   
   Add test coverage for partitioned COW Hudi tables using native Parquet scan.
   
   The test should verify:
   
   - Query result correctness.
   - Native Parquet scan conversion through the Hudi convert provider.
   - Partition pruning with a partition filter.
   - A query containing both partition filter and data filter.
   
   **Describe alternatives you've considered**
   
   Relying on existing non-partitioned COW tests. This is not sufficient because partitioned tables exercise different scan metadata and filter paths.
   
   **Additional context**
   
   This issue only adds coverage for partitioned COW tables. MOR, metadata columns, and additional fallback behavior can be handled separately if needed.
