   It's possible that we have the same issue with k3s as we do with OpenShift 4.5 (https://github.com/apache/openwhisk-deploy-kube/issues/665): the underlying container runtime doesn't support the json logs interface we are trying to use.  This is just a semi-educated guess;  I have not looked at k3s in enough detail to know how it does logging.
