Where to place the feature/project code of shardingsphere-elasticjob ecology ?

Hi，all

    I have filed two requirements issues, which are related to timing tasks
and are concerned by many developers：

  1）How to add  teaks dynamically ?

  2）Add nature language description for crontab expression
