[ANN] Apache Tomcat 11.0.11 Available

The Apache Tomcat team announces the immediate availability of Apache 
Tomcat 11.0.11.

Apache Tomcat 11 is an open source software implementation of the 
Jakarta Servlet, Jakarta Pages, Jakarta Expression Language, Jakarta 
WebSocket, Jakarta Authentication and Jakarta Annotations specifications.

The notable changes compared to 11.0.10 include:

- Fix concurrent access issues in the session FileStore implementation
   that were causing lost sessions when the store was used with the
   PersistentValve. Based on pull request #882 by Aaron Ogburn.

- Fix handling of QSA and QSD flags in RewriteValve.

- Ensure keys are handed out to OpenSSL even if PEMFile fails to process
   it, with appropriate logging.

- Add escaping to log formatters to align with JSON formatter.
