[Axis C++] HTML for a web site?

C++ Guys,

Can you please add a index.html in xml-axis\c\docs directory that can serve as a central starting
point? we can even add it to our site. If you can figure out how the Xerces/Xalan-C++ do a nightly
build, we can start that too.
