   ### What's Wrong?
   
   `StmtExecutionAction` might be blocked **forever** when concurrent requests more than 2.
   `StmtExecutionAction` would never be timeout because the threadpool in `StatementSubmitter` with `LogDiscardPolicy` do NOT throw exceptions when tasks are rejected
   
   当并发请求大于2时，StmtExecutionAction 会一直阻塞，请求一直不会返回。
   由于 StatementSubmitter 中的线程池使用了LogDiscardPolicy，被拒绝的请求不会抛异常。StmtExecutionAction 中的future.get() 没有超时，只会一直等待。
