Users should be able to search and replace across paragraph marks (for example,
taking out a blank paragraph limited to stipulated paragraph endings and
beginnings.

E.g. Search for:
</p>

<p>

and replace with:
</p>
<p>

This kind of search and replace is very tedious in OO
