[CANCELLED] Re: [VOTE] Release Apache Commons Weaver 1.0 based on RC2

In light of the Rat issues Bruno found (and of the fact that I did not know
that the Rat report was not aggregate by default), I hereby cancel the vote
to release Apache Commons Weaver 1.0 from RC2.
