vhost_alias patch for prefix stripping

I made a minor patch to mod_vhost_alias to allow the stripping of prefixes
from the virtual hostname prior to pathname substitution.

This is particularly useful when you want to allow both www.domain.com and
domain.com using vhost_alias.

The new directive is VirtualStripPrefix.
