   1. 使用 RPM 方式部署
       1. 我先将 .rpm 文件下载至本地 https://github.com/apache/apisix-dashboard/releases/download/v2.15.0/apisix-dashboard-2.15.0-0.el7.x86_64.rpm
       2. 然后在 root 用户下顺序执行:
          `yum install -y ./apisix-dashboard-2.15.0-0.el7.x86_64.rpm`   
          `sudo manager-api -p /usr/local/apisix/dashboard/`   
          `systemctl start apisix-dashboard`
   2. 配置文件 https://weibo-oss-plus.oss-cn-shanghai.aliyuncs.com/conf.yaml
   3. 尝试过在 docker 上部署,出现一样的错误
