Dropping the o

WTF, drop the "o" ???  ;)

Benjamin taught me to use the "o" but I seem to be the only one using
it. If that means I actually get away with commit messages like "p-u
3.0.8" I'll drop the "o".

It's here http://maven.apache.org/developers/conventions/svn.html
which would get updated to reflect the "new practice" if its accepted.

The "o" is meant to be a bullet point.

I think Brett meant replace "o" with "-" as per
http://tbaggery.com/2008/04/19/a-note-about-git-commit-messages.html
