   **Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? Please describe what you are trying to do.**
   DataFusion bindings currently uses the default cpu-target for x86_64 which doesn't generate sse4, avx, etc. instructions.
   
   **Describe the solution you'd like**
   Consider publishing builds like `arrow-datafusion-skylake` etc. that has optimized binaries. 
   
   **Describe alternatives you've considered**
