[jira] [Commented] (CASSANDRA-4500) cqlsh: understand updated
encodings for collections
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-4500?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=13446755#comment-13446755 ]
paul cannon commented on CASSANDRA-4500:
----------------------------------------
Looks like you missed removing the old lib/cql-internal-only-1.0.10.zip from the repo. Shouldn't matter, cqlsh should pick the lexicographically highest one, but the old one won't be used for anything.

> After CASSANDRA-4453, collections will be represented using the binary encoding in thrift CqlResults instead of json. Update cqlsh (and python-cql as necessary) to support.
